SNS April Office Hours on Inventory Management and Tracking System |
|
The next monthly Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) Office Hours will be held from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM ET on Wednesday, April 17. The one-hour national call for state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) partners will focus on the Inventory Management and Tracking System (IMATS), a secure Web-based software application developed to help SLTT public health agencies manage information regarding their medical countermeasure inventory.
During this session, SNS technical experts will provide an overview of the free IMATS tool, recent and pending updates, and how the tool can be used to meet both everyday and emergency inventory management needs. To ensure maximum benefit from this session, SNS strongly encourages participants to submit questions by Friday, April 5, to sns-sltt@hhs.gov with the subject line SNS Office Hours: IMATS.
Register here for the April SNS Office Hours. Within 72 hours of registering, registrants will receive an email from no-reply@zoomgov.com with a calendar invite and information to join the call. For related questions, contact sns-sltt@hhs.gov. |

Topics for sessions are based on new and emergent information around emergency preparedness, as well as topics requested by participants.
Sessions occur every other Tuesday from 12:00 - 1:00 PM ET. The next session is April 2 and is entitled "The National Special Pathogen System" featuring Shelly Schwedhelm, Executive Director of the National Special Pathogen System. |
